Many a home seller has pondered the question: should I really sell this home, or keep the place as a rental property<\/a>? While it may seem like a fundamental math problem, there are so many other things to consider.<\/p>\n

Although most people will agree that buying a home is one of the largest financial transactions they will undertake, it is surprising how few take the time or money to get a good home inspection. People should take the time to join the inspector when they view the home. This will give the buyers the best chance to learn everything about the house and whether it is the right fit for them. It is common for people to move to a smaller home for a variety of reasons. Most notably is the fact that the children have moved out and the aging parents do not have a need for so much space.
